A visit to Teddy Grays!

Today we went to the sweet shop, not any old sweet shop it was none other than Teddy Grays which is well known throughout these parts and has been going for a very long time, they still sell sweets by the weight in a little paper bag, this is what I bought.

Parma violets, I can’t resist these.

These are now called jazzies they were called something else when I was small but can’t remember what it was.

Cherry lips these are equally as scented as the parma violets and just as moreish.

This is nut cluster, plain peanuts covered in milk chocolate, I’ve tried re-creating this at home and it just doesn’t taste the same.
