Chocolate pots

I’m going to post recipes over the coming weeks that can be made using mainly store cupboard ingredients that are also budget friendly to try and help people through this pandemic.

You will need:

500 milk of any long life milk (I use soya)

1 tablespoon flour (I use cornflour) you can also use plain.

100 grams plain chocolate

Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)

Slug of baileys (optional) I had this leftover from chriatmas

Add milk, flour and sugar to pan and stir continuously over a medium heat until it starts to boil, lower heat until thickened.

Take off the heat and add chocolate, vanilla extract and baileys. Stir well and pour into glasses.

Crumble a small amount of any biscuits you have to hand over to the top, serve while warm or leave to set in the fridge
